The Transport Management component allow for activities to a recorded, managed and administered centrally. Tasks are allocated electronically and tracked end to end. Task specific documentation can be captured and recorded electronically on mobile devices.
Warehouse Management component is available to track product receipt and movement out of storage locations, order movement facilitate stock takes, disposals and more. Ordered movement can be escalated to transport bookings.

Each company depot is managed by a depot supervisor who is responsible for coordinating activities in their area and ensuring they are conducted in a safe and compliant manner in line with company management systems.
Front-line supervisors are backed by our Operation Management Team who are tasked with ensuring that adequate resources are available and in each operating area and work with front-line supervisors to find solutions for our customers.
NMT also has a Fleet Manager tasked with monitoring vehicular activity and performance and is responsible for ensuring service schedules and operability is maintained at a global level.
Two members of the team are also qualified driver trainers who routinely verifying the competency all of our drivers on the various aspects of their position and provide subsequent mentoring, training and advice to ensure drivers are consistently performing their duties in the required manner.
